Where is your store?
Our store is located in the Pine Tree
Plaza in Lee's Summit Mo. This is the
big strip mall with Price Chopper facing 50
Hiway at Jefferson St. We are at the
west end of the mall between Weight Watchers
and Foxy Nails. You

Do you take trade-ins?
We accept trade-ins on some equipment.
This is done on a case-by-case basis, so

How much do your computers cost?
This is kind of like asking how much does
a car cost! We have systems to fit any
budget, both new and used, so let us know your needs and we
will be happy to come up with a quote for
you.

How much does it cost to upgrade my
computer?
Well, it's kind of hard to say. We
need to know a little about your system.
The best thing is to bring the system in and
let a salesperson take a look. That
way we can see exactly what you have and
what is possible. We will then be able
to give you some options. Generally
speaking, we can always improve the
performance of any age PC.

How much does RAM cost for my computer?
RAM can cost very little or be an
investment depending on the type, speed and
capacity. If you know which type your
system takes, call our store at 816-524-9888
and Dave or Joe will be happy to assist you
in determining the cost of a RAM upgrade for
your system.

How can I speed up my computer?
There are several ways to speed up a PC,
including both hardware and software means.
CPU's, RAM and hard drives can all
contribute to the speed of a PC. Dave

Yes We Can!
We can service any
brand/model of PC out there. If you
are tired of talking to someone in another
country who you can't understand, come see a
live person! Bring in your Dell,
Gateway, Compaq, HP or any other brand PC
and we will be happy to discuss your needs.

Do you work on Apple/Mac systems?
We do not currently service or sell Apple
systems. We do have some
components/adapters for Mac systems. Call or come by a
store to discuss your needs.

related.

Which is better, DSL or Cable?
This is almost down to the Pepsi-Coke
question. Some folks swear by one,
while others are sold on the other. We
would suggest you find a friend or two that
is using the service you are thinking about
and get some feedback from them. After
all, word of mouth is the best advertising.

What is Spyware? What is a virus?
Spyware is software that keeps
track of user information through the user's
Internet connection without the user knowing
it. It then reports back on your
internet usage, usually to advertise to you.
A virus is a
piece of code that is loaded onto your
computer without you knowing it. Viruses
spread themselves on your computer, and are
also sent out over the internet to infect
other systems as well. Even a simple virus
is dangerous because it will quickly use all
available memory and cause your system to
lock up.
Both virus and
spyware can be very harmful to your system.
